SMS PASSCODES (OTP)

User receives a message with a One Time Password (OTP) automatically by SMS when second factor authentication (2FA) is required, for example to authorize an outgoing payment request. This feature can be enabled/disabled in the Admin Settings or set to be required for certain transaction types only, for example Outgoing Wire Transfers (OWT). This module requires an account with an SMS provider.

SWIFT/BIC MODULE

The BIC code entered by the user on the Outgoing Wire Transfer & SEPA Transfer request forms is validated. A green tick is output if the BIC code entered is valid, otherwise a red error message appears. Bank address fields are auto populated if the BIC Code is valid otherwise an invalid message appears. ADDITIONAL CURRENCIES

EBANQ comes with 33 currencies as standard. Exchange rates for these currencies can be automatically updated using the European Central Bank (ECB) rate feed. In addition to these currencies we can also add any additional unit of value (not covered by ECB rate feeds) including digital/crypto currencies.

CRYPTO EXCHANGE RATE FEED

Now you can add an optional rate feed available for crypto currencies. This new feature reflects the need for more timely exchange rate information for the often volatile crypto currencies market. The feature uses information obtained from the Kraken crypto exchange. Supported crypto currencies include BTC, ETH, USDT, XRP & LTC where the main configured currency in EBANQ is one of the fiat currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, JPY, AUD or CHF.

INTERCOM CHAT WIDGET

EBANQ has developed an integration module for Intercom for real-time conversational engagement and support. This will enhance customer interaction and provide a more targeted real-time experience for logged in users. The feature, when enabled, leads to an Intercom chat widget outputting to the end-user on all screens of the EBANQ application. This module also supports AI powered chatbots offered by Intercom.

BATCH IMPORT TRANSFER REQUESTS (OWT)

For business end-users to quickly create multiple Outgoing Wire Transfer (OWT) requests in bulk via csv import. A tool of convenience and improved user experience for any user making frequent payments and an absolute must for companies making for example affiliate payouts.

MULTI-LANGUAGE

Multi-language module that allows end-users to view the UI in a language other than English in both the web and mobile applications.

CORPORATE MODULE

A set of features that support Corporate end-users who require multi-user access with separate roles and an internal authorisation flow.
