EBANQ CORE OPTIONS
All EBANQ Core Options come with the same web platform and core features. The options only differ with regards to hosting, payment terms and included modules (see Enterprise+ options). Option B is self-hosted meaning that you would have to maintain a dedicated AWS server and provide us with periodical access for deployment of system updates. Very few of our clients choose this option. Option A and C are hosted on a server provided and maintained by EBANQ. The only difference between the two is that with Option A you purchase the platform free and clear, while with Option C you subscribe to the software as a service (SaaS). We also offer Enterprise+ plans for all core options. Enterprise+ is a package that includes multiple expansion modules at a bundle discount and priority support. EBANQ CORE OPTION A - Hosted
NGINX Web Server with AWS Cloud Services:
EC2 (t2.medium); S3; CloudWatch; RDS MySQL database. Includes periodical EBANQ software updates (deployed every 3-5 weeks) and technical support. We bring your system live in 24-48 hours on your own web domain. No minimum contract period. Hosting can be cancelled /changed anytime.
EBANQ CORE OPTION B - Self-Hosted
Same as A but: You purchase the system and deploy it on your own server (contact us for server specs). We assist with the system installation and server configuration process.
EBANQ CORE OPTION C - Hosted
Same as A but: You subscribe to the system as a service and you can decide to purchase or cancel at any time. This option is only available in combination with our server, support and software updates service. No minimum contract period.
EBANQ ENTERPRISE+ PLANS A - B - C
Our Enterprise+ Solution comes with your core option of choice plus all the components and features required to serve a global audience of both individual and corporate customers while complying with Strong Customer Authentication and other compliance requirements. Enterprise+ plans include the following modules “out of the box”:
- White-Label Mobile Apps for Android and iOS (Not included with Option C)
- SMS Passcodes (OTP) Module
- SWIFT-BIC Module
- Multi-Language Module
